You earn points every time you shop, plus bonus points for things like creating your account, referring a friend, and celebrating your birthday. The full list of activities to complete for points is a few scrolls up on this page.

Good news, you're very close! Make sure you're logged in, head up on this page to the “Cash In Your Points” section and click the bubble corresponding to the number of points you'd like to cash in. It'll generate a discount code you can apply at checkout.

Points expire after 12 months. However, discounts don't expire! If you have points about to expire, we recommend you redeem them for discounts to use on future purchases.

Once you've activated a reward, it's yours - no expiration.

The points you earned from that order get deducted from your balance.

On your actual birthday. One heads-up: if your birthday is within 30 days of your account creation, you won't get your discount until next year.

Unfortunately no — points have to be applied before you complete your order. They'll be saved for next time though!
