Community Class: The Soundbath

Join us on a blissful journey of sound. This 60-minute offering will use crystal singing bowls, energy work, and meditation to help you find a stronger sense of inner peace, clarity, and alignment. Expect to sit or lie down for the event. Supportive pillows will be available to provide a comfortable experience. No prior yoga experience is required. Beginners welcome. Guided alongside our curated “Hum”, a soundscape designed to enhance focus.
