A dynamic, Classical mat Pilates series, thoughtfully designed to elevate your heart rate and target your entire body. Starting with a heart opening warm up, leading into a challenging, breath and alignment focused Classical flow. Infusing theming between each intentional movement, you’ll wind down with a 15 minute, nervous system regulating meditation to leave you feeling grounded.
Grip socks required for all classes. Available for purchase in studio. Mats provided for all classes
