Michaela is a life-long dancer with a huge passion for alignment and body positivity. After years spent staring in a mirror, she craved a physical practice that was based more on feeling and less on aesthetic. She completed her 200 hour Teacher Training at Peace, Love, and Yoga in 2021. Michaela’s practice is largely based in the Vinyasa lineage and incorporates elements of Hatha, Ashtanga, Iyengar teachings, and sound bowls.

Allie Kamen is a mat Pilates instructor who trained under Gabi Walters, the founder of Inferno Hot Pilates. Her classes focus on building strength, toning muscles, improving endurance, and promoting mind-body connection. She creates dynamic and challenging workouts, incorporating functional training and mindful movement to enhance stability and coordination. Allie curates fun, upbeat playlists that match the rhythm and intensity of each session.

Laura practiced yoga for over 15 years, since she was sent to a yoga retreat to write a travel story for a magazine. She was hooked ever since! She is primarily influenced by Kula Yoga, which she lived above for a decade, and SkyTing, where she completed her 200-hour yoga certification. She has studied restorative yoga, meditation, Katonah, back bending, inversions, philosophy, Iyengar, and more at trainings, workshops and retreats around the world.

Neha "Ney" Sharma is a soulful wellness guide, yoga/meditation instructor, and multidisciplinary artist. For 7+ years, Ney leads creative and challenging yet accessible classes in NYC that inspire true mind-body-soul transformation. She holds over 1300 hours in Ashtanga, Vinyasa, Hatha, and Yin. Ney weaves in functional strength training, breathwork, chakra balancing, meditation, sound healing, and aromatherapy for an immersive sensory experience.

Meet Linda, certified Pilates trainer, health & life coach, and the creator of The Retreat Ritual—a class experience designed to help you reconnect, recharge, and realign. Join her for Mat Pilates classes that focus on form and alignment, deep muscle engagement and strengthening the mind-body connection, and for her signature The Retreat Ritual which combines meditation, journaling and movement to help you tap into your inner wisdom and cultivate clarity, presence, and a deeper connection with your mind and body.

Rachel is a New York City-based certified Pilates instructor with 8+ years of teaching experience. She brings an incredibly diverse movement background to her work that includes aerial pole dance, barre, strength training, and high intensity interval training. These fitness modalities have coalesced to influence what she describes as her “exceptionally modern, athletically minded” approach to Pilates. Currently you can find Rachel teaching privately and at Equinox clubs across Manhattan. Certifications include Pilates Mat, PRO-Natal (pre and post-natal safety) and Personal Training with the National Academy of Sports Medicine.
