Kendra Thomas

Kendra Thomas is an NYC based yoga, meditation, and strength instructor. Whether teaching yoga or other modalities her focus is on form and function in the movement, helping you to find your strength and discover your deepest expression of the poses, while cultivating calm in the mind. Kendra endeavors to uplift and support her students so they leave class feeling empowered and more grounded, while laughing and letting go one breath at a time.

Stephanie Russo

Stephanie is an empowering and motivating Pilates instructor with over 4 years of teaching experience. With the use of her magnetic personality and strong leadership skills, she is able to connect with a diverse client base of all levels, challenging them to reach their highest potential. Expect her classes to be filled with loads of deep full body sculpting moves, while also incorporating various breathing techniques to keep you present throughout the class.

Michaela Winters

Michaela is a life-long dancer with a passion for alignment and body positivity. After years spent staring in a mirror, she craved a physical practice that was based more on feeling and less on aesthetic. Completing her 200hr Teacher Training at Peace, Love, and Yoga in 2021, Michaela’s practice is largely based in the Vinyasa lineage and incorporates elements of Hatha, Ashtanga, and Iyengar teachings. She continues to cultivate her teaching style through workshops exploring sound, accessibility, rest, and partner work!

Laura Lane

Laura has been practicing yoga for over 15 years, since she was sent to a yoga retreat to write a travel story for a magazine. She was hooked ever since! She is primarily influenced by Kula Yoga, which she lived above for a decade, and SkyTing, where she completed her 200-hour yoga certification. She has studied restorative yoga, meditation, Katonah, back bending, inversions, philosophy, Iyengar, and more, at trainings, workshops and retreats around the world. She weaves together joyful movement, thoughtful philosophy and mindful breathwork to cultivate a practice that is spiritual and playful

Jennifer Murdock

Join Jennifer, the creative force behind the Lucky Honey brand and studio, for an uplifting movement class that blends dance and workout magic. With years of training and deep instructor roots, Jennifer’s passion for movement and her love for Lucky Honey create a unique and energizing experience. Neha Sharma

Neha "Ney" Sharma is a soulful wellness guide, yoga/meditation instructor, mindful breathwork facilitator, and multidisciplinary artist. Over the past 7+ years, Ney has been leading creative, dynamic, engaging, and challenging yet accessible classes in NYC that inspire true mind-body-soul transformation. She holds over 1300 hours of training in several styles of yoga including Ashtanga, Vinyasa, Hatha, and Yin. Ney weaves in functional strength training, breathwork, chakra balancing, meditation, sound healing, and aromatherapy into every class to make for an immersive sensory experience.
