This comprehensive birth class provides an approachable introduction to key information, concepts and techniques necessary for expectant mothers (and their partners) to feel fully prepared to welcome their new little ones safely and calmly into the world.
Designed for expectant mothers & partners anticipating either a vaginal or cesarean birth, this 3 hour hands-on session will cover fundamental birth preparation, recovery guidance, early infant care and postpartum support after the big day.
The class will conclude with a therapeutic sound bowl meditation. Leave feeling informed and calm for the journey ahead. Includes printed material and light bites.
