Tuesday 12/28- 10:30AM (60 Minutes)
The session will start with grounding Mat based exercises focused on teaching you how to engage your deep core & strengthen the connection between the mind & body. We will progress through a full body contemporary flow, and conclude with faster paced HIIT style exercises to increase the heart rate and challenge your body’s endurance.
Grip socks required for all classes. Available for purchase in studio. Mats provided for all classes
