Get ready for a spicy mat pilates flow led by master trainer Alexandra Falconio. This will be a classical pilates class, with a contemporary sculpt twist. We will move through all planes of movement that will be sure to scorch all the right places. This class is low impact and made for all levels to enjoy!
Grip socks required for all classes. Available for purchase in studio. Mats provided for all classes
