Expect slower paced sequences inspired by yin and restorative yoga, which are typically seated or lying down. This class is designed for busy minds and active bodies that are looking for calm or rehabbing an injury. No prior yoga experience is required. Beginners welcome. Guided alongside our curated “Hum”, a soundscape designed to enhance focus, and will conclude with a soothing sound bath.
