Blending classical pilates principles with contemporary-style exercises, this 50-minute mat class is designed to help you build strength, improve alignment, and deepen your mind-body connection. With a focus on slow, controlled movements, class will begin with a deep core warm-up before gradually building into progressive sequences that will challenge the entire body. The use of stability balls and resistance bands will provide opportunities for increased intensity while remaining suitable for all levels.
Grip socks required for all classes. Available for purchase in studio. Mats provided for all classes
