Join us for Lucky Honey's signature Springboard Pilates class. This class consists of the foundation of our mat Pilates sequence and core strength building through the springboard apparatus. If you are unfamiliar with the springboard, Pilates equipment is used similarly to a Pilates tower or Cadillac. Our class will focus on whole-body conditioning with a strong emphasis on the core, leaving you feeling stretched and toned!
Grip socks required for all classes. Available for purchase in studio. Mats provided for all classes
