Great for Reformer Pilates!

Gave five stars because these do work well for Pilates on a reformer.
For my personal use case, I wouldn’t recommend them for floor hot Pilates since the ankle elasticity is too weak to keep them from twisting, slipping down when in a runners lunge (for example) or wearing ankle weights. I wear the other crew socks from this brand in that type of class instead!
I love the ruffle, so feminine and cute!

I absolutely love these ruffle socks for Pilates! Not only are they incredibly cute and stylish with the delicate ruffle detail, but they are also super functional. The grippy bottoms give me the traction I need to feel stable and secure during all my movements, whether I am holding a plank or flowing through stretches.
