Saturdays - 9:00AM (60 Minutes)
This high-energy, low-impact Pilates inspired flow is designed to sculpt every part of the body, while getting you out of your head and intuitively moving through challenging sequences.The class will start with a dynamic warm up using restorative breathwork to reset the nervous system. You'll then find yourself standing, laying on your back, kneeling, and side-lying while working the core, glutes, arms, and more. Expect to feel the burn and get a little sweaty. Class will wrap with a 5-minute stretch to release any tension and find the beauty in stillness. Various props will be incorporated throughout the moves.
Grip socks required for all classes. Available for purchase in studio. Mats provided for all classes
