This class is designed to take a slower approach to low impact Pilates on the mat, filled with challenging moves that target the mind and body. With the core Pilates principles, you’ll find yourself in deep isometric holds, where you tune into your breathe to guide you through the burn. Expect to feel rejuvenated, challenged, and relaxed after this class!
Grip socks required for all classes. Available for purchase in studio. Mats provided for all classes
