Poor customer resolve

I ordered this item and was sent it in blue. When I contact customer service I was assured that the green would be sent out to me. I explained that I had paid $41 for worldwide shipping (Canada) plus had to pay an additional $38 in duties and did not want to have to be penalized and pay another $38 duties charge for a something that was not my fault and rather a mistake on the companies fault. I was told that they would be using another shipper and the cost would be less reluctantly to not be rude I accepted what was said to me. The dutywas not less and I paid another $38.00. So in total I paid around $120 in shipping fees. $40 which should not have been on me to pay. I have yet to write a review on google and instagram but now that I add the numbers up and see how I was crucified and had to pay for your companies mistake it has left a very foul taste in my mouth. I attend an upscale reformer studio and get asked all the time about my socks. I recommend not dealing with your company because of the astronomical fees and horrible customer resolve. I typically never speak poorly and assume it was a one off in customer service but the question landed in my in box and this is my response. Thanks and hope you guys give out some better finesse in dealing with customers especially when it is not the customers fault. Taking ownership and resolving it according to rectify your mistakes.
